Blackbook sells digital learning services only — Blackbook Pro plans and redeem-code activations. No physical product is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.

Delivery of digital access: Pro access is activated on your Blackbook account immediately after a successful payment, and reflects in the app automatically. If payment succeeded but access is not active within 24 hours, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID — we will fix it or reverse the charge.
