Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Blackbook Pro plans and any other paid digital services sold on blackbook.qmaths.in, operated by QMaths. Blackbook is a digital service — nothing physical is shipped.

1. All sales are final — no refunds

No refunds are provided once a payment is completed, in full or in part. This includes (without limitation):

• Unused or partially used subscription time.
• Accidental or mistaken purchases, or purchasing the wrong plan.
• Dissatisfaction with content, features, or future changes to the Service.
• Device, account or network issues outside our control.

2. Recurring mandates (UPI AutoPay / e-mandate)

• If you subscribe through a recurring mandate (monthly or yearly), the mandate renews automatically until you cancel it.
• It is your responsibility to cancel the mandate in your UPI or banking app before the next charge if you do not wish to continue. We cannot cancel mandates on your behalf.
• Charges that occur because a mandate was not cancelled in time are not refundable, and QMaths is not responsible for them.
• You can stop a mandate at any time from your UPI/banking app. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for — nothing further is charged.

3. Cancellation

Cancelling means stopping future charges; it never refunds past charges. Your access always runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but Pro was not activated within 24 hours, or you believe you were charged twice for the same order, email [email protected] with the payment ID — genuine gateway errors of this kind are investigated and, where confirmed, reversed. This is the only exception to the no-refund rule.

5. Returns & shipping

Blackbook App sells digital services only. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no returns.

6. Statutory rights

Rights that cannot be waived under applicable Indian law remain unaffected by this policy.
